Publication Ethics
Academic Communications is committed to maintaining the highest standards of publication ethics. We follow the guidelines established by the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE).
Author Responsibilities
- Authors must ensure that their work is original and has not been published elsewhere
- All sources must be properly cited and attributed
- Authors must disclose any conflicts of interest
- Research involving human or animal subjects must have appropriate ethical approval
- Data fabrication and falsification are strictly prohibited
AI Disclosure Policy
When AI tools (including our integrated AI Writing Assistant) are used in the preparation of a manuscript, full disclosure is required and automatically included with the published article. Authors remain fully responsible for the accuracy and integrity of all content, regardless of the tools used in its preparation.
Editorial Review
All submissions undergo editorial review to assess scientific validity, originality, clarity, and compliance with ethical standards. Editors evaluate manuscripts fairly and without bias.
Misconduct
Suspected cases of research misconduct, plagiarism, or ethical violations will be investigated following COPE guidelines. Published articles found to violate ethical standards may be retracted.
