Academic Communications is a fully open-access journal. All published articles are immediately and permanently free to read, download, copy, and redistribute.

All articles are published under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) license. Under this license, authors retain copyright while granting anyone the right to:

• Share — copy and redistribute the material in any medium or format
• Adapt — remix, transform, and build upon the material for any purpose, including commercially

The only requirement is appropriate attribution to the original author(s) and a link to the license.

Article Processing Charges

During the launch period, there are no article processing charges (APCs). We are committed to keeping costs as low as possible to ensure broad access to publishing.

Self-Archiving

Authors are encouraged to deposit published articles in institutional or subject repositories, personal websites, and preprint servers. No embargo period applies.
